Nortecom Direct Support - Onsite
Sometimes, there is no replacement for having someone spend time at your premises. Whether for training, troubleshooting, or to implement an otherwise overly complex system, it periodically makes good financial sense to have a Nortecom Support Technician visit you.
To have a Nortecom Support Technician visit your premises, simply e-mail your completed Technical Support Request Form to support@nortecom.com, and then place your call to Nortecom General Inquiry at 905-627-6936. We will discuss your needs and objectives, the approximate expenses for the trip, and schedule an appointment.
Direct Onsite Support is NOT a free service. It is billed on a per-hour basis, at the rate of US$90.00 per hour, or part thereof, plus expenses, with a minimum time of 8 hours. The billing time begins when a Nortecom Support Technician enters your premises, and ends as soon as the Technician leaves your premises. Expenses include travel, hotel, and meals.
